An exciting collaboration between my HTL + Marco in Kona. To put it simply, Marco SELLS high-end real estate. He consistently ranks in the top percentages of Hawaii Island Realtors for sales volume production and a number of closed transactions.

We began with a Pinterest Strategy to begin driving more traffic to Marco’s already thriving site.

Next, we optimized his social media channels: Youtube, Facebook, and Linked in. Removed his Twitter account, created his Threads account, and began implementing a new template strategy to begin building brand recognition through visual stimulation and consistent outbound engagement.
